It actually happened: A Samurai Jack #1 comic book review
I adored Samurai Jack as a TV show. I stalked Amazon in the hope of a UK licensed DVD being made available for years before giving up hope. Then it happens; IDW announces a Samurai Jack comic book series. I download it via Comixology at the first opportunity and discover the author is none other […]
Wizards without Coats: Great Guardian
Who feeds these things? < PreviousWizards without CoatsNext > You’ve crawled through tiny tunnels. You’ve used a rope to climb up through a narrow hole in the cave ceiling. Wizards without Coats: Mouser
Hiring heroes is hard. < PreviousWizards without CoatsNext > We were under a different impression when you listed yourself as The Grey Mouser. Building an adventuring party or even running a Guild – the application process is essential. Don’t want any weak links to sneak into the chain. Have you had any close calls? […]
Wordless fantasy: Butterfly Gate review
Butterfly Gate is all sorts of different. The main way in which Butterfly Gate will be different from the other comics in your collection – unless you’re something of a master – is that Butterfly Gate has no text. There’s neither dialogue nor description. In other words; all you get are image panels. Impressively, Butterfly […]
