Is this the iconic sci-fi horror franchise back on form? Directed and produced by Ridley Scott, Alien: Covenant will star Michael Fassbender, Noomi Rapace, Guy Pearce, Katherine Waterston, Billy Crudup, Danny McBride, James Franco and Demián Bichir as humanity tangles with the xenomorphs. Alien – The Illustrated Story review

September 23, 2012 by Andrew Girdwood Leave a Comment

Frank Miller said of this book; “Alien – The Illustrated Story might just be the only successful movie adaptation ever done in comics. It’s an amazing graphic novel.” You may disagree with Miller but the comment shows just how good this graphic novel is. Alien – The Illustrated Story is an old one; the original […]

What do the aliens in Prometheus look like? [pictures]

May 15, 2012 by Andrew Girdwood 1 Comment

The latest trailer for Prometheus gives us the best glimpses of the aliens yet. It’s fair to say you’ll see a lot of overlap with classic Alien horror and design. This is an official trailer, not a leak, but still be cautious about watching it or reading any further if you’re worried about spoilers. The […]
