The Boxtrolls teaser trailer
With Ben Kingsley and Elle Fanning Boxtrolls is an animation based on Alan Snow’s “Here Be Monsters” children’s novel. It follows a young boy who was raised by underground trash-collecting monsters as he battles against an evil exterminator. The original Alan Snow story was subtitled “An adventure involving magic, trolls, and other creatures” and came […]
Transformers: Age of Extinction trailer
I confess. I did not watch Transformers: Dark of the Moon. I think an entire copy of the movie even came free with my Nexus 7 and I still didn’t watch it. I didn’t want to see what Michael Bay had done to them. I don’t like the designs, the plots or the mood of […]
A blast from the past: Naruto Shippuden movie 4 – The Lost Tower
The Lost Tower starts well. We don’t have some of the momentum issues that Naruto sometimes suffers from. It’s combat from the outset and it is designed to grab your attention. The start of the movie sees Yamato leading a mission to capture a puppet master called Mukade. Naruto, Sai and Sakura are with him. […]
Latest Godzilla trailer
Nearly 4 million views over night would suggest that the internet is rather keen to see the latest official trailer for the new Godzilla movie too. Due out in May and not yet rated the film stars Bryan Cranston as Joe Brody, Elizabeth Olsen as Elle Brody, Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Ford and Juliette Binoche as […]
Spider-Man trailer: Rise of Electro
Three more minutes of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 action. The Rise of Electro trailer keeps the focus – as most have – entirely on Electro. There’s just a hint of Rhino. Despite the recent Green Goblin leaks/discoveries there is nothing to hint at what act as the genesis for his arrival. Are you getting excited […]
Guardians of the Galaxy character videos: Star-Lord, Drax and Gamora
They’re coming thick and fast now but with this three to follow on from Rocket and Groot it’ll come to an end. I don’t think we’ll get any more character bios for a while. Why not? There are certainly more characters in Guardians of the Galaxy; there’s the whole Nova Corps, the Kree Ronan the Accuser […]
Guardians of the Galaxy character videos: Groot & Rocket
Marvel have just uploaded two character trailers for Guardians of the Galaxy. There’s little snippets. We do get to hear Rocket speak. What do you think? Have these teasing slice of Guardians of the Galaxy edged your towards or against the movie?
Jinn trailer
Exxodus Pictures’ Jinn looks like it might have some promise. In its mythos man was made from clay, angels from light and the third – the jinn created from fire. These Jinn have freewill, can be good or evil and for generations have lived invisibly among us. Mankind may have forgotten about the Jinn but […]
