In 1999 TSR put together a compilation of popular adventures from their Adventures Guild.
You can actually find originals of the 64-page book on Amazon. A much cheaper alternative has been made available this week. A scan upload is now available as a re-release at the DMsGuild.
I think it has one of the best covers (by Todd Lockwood) as it shows a range of heroes and one fierce dragon. The range of heroes reflects the mix of content.
“Vale of the Dragon Oracle” has characters stuck in Mordankainen’s home. That was written by Byron Wishstadft.
There’s a Greyhawk adventure by Christopher McKitterick called “The Return of the Pick-axe” and a Planescape adventure by Christopher Perkins in the form of “The Manxome Foe”. That’s the same Chris Perkins who has his hands firmly on D&D’s current reigns.
Sean K. Reynold’s adventure “Blood Feud” is included, as is John W. Mangrum’s Ravenloft scenario “The Heart’s Final Beat”, Stan!’s Dragonlance “Leviathan’s Deep” and Jeff Quick’s Alternity adventure “Folds in the Tapestry”.
“Leviathan’s Deep” is a Fifth Age Dragonlance setting and uses the Saga game rules.
It may be the case, as it often is, that a print-on-demand option becomes available for the scan. That’s not yet the case. The PDF is already a copper bestseller.
