Over in the anime megathread that emerged on Geek Native after Anime Expo Lite you’ll find the romantic comedy Tonikawa: Over the Moon for You. Now there’s a trailer.
It’s a strange set up for a married life comedy. As a young man, Nasa Yuzaki falls for the beautiful Tsukasa and asks her out. She agrees, but only after they’re married.
Later, when he’s 18, she re-appears in his life and with a marriage certificate!
The anime will be directed by Hiroshi Ikehata (Seton Academy: Join the Pack!) and Kazuho Hyoudou (ReLIFE) in charge of the scripts.
This week, the show launched a new visual for the anime which really puts the emphasis on the marriage.
Crunchyroll is due to start streaming the anime in October.
