As the COVID-19 lockdown hit Astral Tabletop was one of the first to step forward and give gamers freebies.
The virtual tabletop is an especially valuable space to do this as it’s their browser-based software that enables roleplayers to share maps, stats and dice rolls together.
It’s not been easy for Astral, though. I’ve seen updates coming through their Discord servers at all hours to share news of more capacity, recoding to cope better with the surge in demand. They’ve clearly been working hard.
