Last month Crunchyroll and Postable teamed up for a marketing stunt that allowed anime fans to send Shield Hero postcards to reach other. It was a nice way to send a friend some free but limited edition anime art.
By the time the postcards ran out, the project had gone global. Anime fans from more than 60 different countries ended up taking part. I imagine that would have kept Postable busy.
Which countries sent the most postcards? I think it’s pretty much as you would expect.
The UK is in second place, ahead of Canada, but it does have twice the population. That might help explain why Crunchyroll works hard to keep securing UK license rights. For example, you can watch One Punch Man on Crunchyroll in the UK.
