The fan-made Book of Malkav (burn after reading) taught me the phrase, “If you’re falling, dive”.

So, here I am, at the risk of a fall, because I’m in a hotel room writing up UK Games Expo notes after a busy day and with Routinely Itemised tasks to do. Oh, let’s assume that Mozilla has announced the end of the read-it-later app Pocket, which I rely on, and pivot to Notion this very moment.
Now, let’s get into the RPG news summaries of summaries.
- Rebellion Unplugged is working on and will Kickstart Tunnels & Trolls: A New Age.
- Gary Con 2026 will run March 29-22.
- Kobold grows Tales of the Valiant with another Kickstarter (and there’s a free quickstart).
Is that all? That’s the big shapes.
It’s convention season in that UK Games Expo is on, but that’s not usually a convention heavy with TTRPG news, and the publishers may well be avoiding clashing with distracting news from the board game space.
However, it’s Friday night, and this feels like the most TTRPG-heavy UK Games Expo that I’ve been to in years. Or maybe I’m just getting better at asking the questions that lead to news stories.
As a reminder, there’s no podcast tomorrow, I can’t do that from my hotel room, but watch Geek Native on social media for the occasional reel and photograph from the busy Halls.
On with the news!
Spotlight: FGG Games.
