Three Sails Studios has just Kickstarted and fulfilled a non-violent exploration fantasy called Mappa Mundi. The large TTRPG is on sale today at the UK Games Expo.

George Francis Bickers, Jeremy Blum, and artist Joel Kilpatrick‘s next tabletop RPG will be very different, yet it builds on core rules and principles from Mappa Mundi.
Gallows Corner is a grimdark rules-light point-based crawl set after a plague in medieval England.
There has been a plague, and the peasants are angry. No one helped them. Now, the players in the roles of peasants are determined to pit themselves against the crown, the church, and the ruling classes. It’s a story about resistance.
As with in Mappa Mundi, characters level up their dice rather than their classes in Gallows Corner. Characters grow their followers and trades and jobs of their own, all of which influence the mechanics and the story of the revolt.
The Gallows Corner rulebook will be cloth-bound, around 250 pages and have four dozen options for character generation.
The rules in the book are for the English. This is an alt-history take on England. However, Geek Native understands that Scotland-related content is already being considered for expansions.

Three Sails says;
Explore every corner of England and take the fight to the crown wherever you may be. Travel seamlessly between towns, villages, and counties in a world that adapts itself to your actions. Wrestle control away from the crown and help shape the places that you liberate.
A prerelease guide, effectively a Gallows Corner quickstart, is expected in July and will be available from Three Sails’ DriveThruRPG profile.
