There is a solo version of the tabletop RPG Star Trek Adventures. It’s called Captain’s Log and is now available on Fantasy Grounds.

Fantasy Grounds is a Unity-based virtual tabletop. As a result, this is a Star Trek RPG you can play by yourself from your desktop.
Captain’s Log offers lifepaths for Starfleet roles other than Captains, solo gameplay, a primer for technology and eras of gameplay and rules for creating (randomly if you want) a starship or starbase.
While Captain’s Log is known as a solo mode version of the Star Trek TTRPG there are rules for playing collaboratively with friends or even more traditionally with a gamemaster.

The Fantasy Grounds module has over 100 random tables and matrices for roleplaying. You do need a Fantasy Grounds license to play, though.
Modiphius’ Star Trek Adventures is a tabletop role-playing game that allows players to create their own Starfleet officers and embark on missions across the iconic science-fiction universe. Utilising Modiphius’ proprietary 2d20 system, the game emphasises narrative storytelling, problem-solving, and the ethical dilemmas characteristic of the Star Trek franchise.
Players’ characters are defined by Attributes, Disciplines (representing their Starfleet department like Command, Science, or Engineering), Values, and Focuses, which help perform tasks and shape the story. The game mechanics include a “Momentum” and “Threat” system, where players can gain advantages from successful actions, and the Gamemaster can introduce complications.
Star Trek Adventures supports play across various eras of the Star Trek timeline, from Enterprise to Discovery and beyond, with numerous supplements available that expand on different quadrants, species, and campaign styles, including options to play as Klingons or Romulans. A second edition of the core rulebook was announced to refine the rules and expand character options, while maintaining compatibility with earlier first-edition material. Captain’s Log is a variant.
