Jumpgate Games, the printing vehicle for Jess Levine, has smashed the Kickstarter target for two popular TTRPGs combined into one project and book.
Both Galactic (hopeful space fighter pilots against the evil empire) and Going Rogue (dark and cynical spies against the evil empire) are getting third editions and appearing together in one fully illustrated hardcover. You can find out more from their pitch page.
Jumpgate’s Star Wars inspirations aren’t hidden and part of the charm. Furthermore, the games support 2 to 6 players without the need of a Gamemaster.
Riley Rethal’s Galactic TTRPG is the one about working and fighting together for a better world. For this game, think original Star Wars. Jess Levine’s Going Rogue is darker, with tragic spies, and as you can imagine, is more like Rogue One.
There are 11 playbooks in the Kickstarter so lots to do.
There is a beating heart at the center of the galaxy. You are the brave who hear it. As members of The Liberation, you have dedicated your lives to the war against The Mandate, on the dream that one day the stars might shine free of its fascist rule. You are rebels, soldiers, spies, and criminals, or perhaps someone who simply picked up and blaster and said “enough is enough.” Whoever you are, The Liberation has a place for you—and so do we.

Backers who pledge $20 will get a PDF copy of the single Galactic & Going Rogue core rules.
Those who step up to $40 will get the hardcover instead, and so far, that’s the more popular option, and Jumpgate offers worldwide shipping.
There are higher reward tiers, as at $65, backers can also pick copies of Jumpgate’s Look Up to the Stars and High Ground TTRPGs.
Box sets are also available, which are more popular than any other tier. $90 gets Galactic & Going Rogue, complete with dice, cards, playmats and metal tokens. Backers at this tier are also buying community copies in PDF for others.
The highest tier, though, is $250, which gets backers the box set and an acknowledgement.
Jumpgate Games estimates Galactic & Going Rogue will ship in September next year.
