Naokatsu Tsuda directed the first four JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure seasons and was then the chief director of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind has a new project. Tokyo Twenty Fourth Ward is a police anime set on an artificial island.

Tokyo Twenty Fourth Ward follows these three, who are very different but hang around together. That’s until something dramatic happens, which the anime wants to reveal without spoilers, and changes everything.
The anime kicks off with a special episode, one whole hour long, on January 5th in Japan. Anime News Network says the show will also air on ABC TV. Hmm.
IMDB has the show listed as “Tokyo 24-ku”, so hopefully, the JustWatch widget below the last trailer will pick up if and when the series becomes available on a platform near you.
