The Bash Creator is a free and mobile-friendly site that helps generate BASH characters. Version 3 has just been launched which means characters stored on the Version 2 beta site will soon be deleted. You can transfer those characters over to the new site.
Character creation rules for genetically modified organisms have been added in Version 3.
Pre-built characters such as Brick, Champion, Tag Man and OnOff Woman are included as quickstart templates.
