You can play Starfinder on Alexa.
Paizo Publishing’s sci-fi RPGs is just “Alexa, play Starfinder!” away, and you’ll be able to talk your way through an adapted Amanda Hamon’s adventure “Scoundrels in the Spike”.
A post on Paizo explains that two new PC options have been added. You can now play as Obozaya, the reptilian vesk warrior and Keskodai, the insect-like shirren mystic.
Also, this pilot episode contains a streamlined introduction so you can get into the game more quickly.
Audio games are a new thing, and Paizo are at the frontier with “Scoundrels in the Spike”, but it seems to be going well. The game has had nearly 300 reviews on Amazon and is just shy of a perfect 5/5 stars score.
“Scoundrels in the Spike” might just be an easy voice command away for Alexa owners but apparently only 1% of players have managed to unlock the “skitter hater” award. The updated version of the adventure adds some more achievements to unlock as well.
