The BBC have released a trailer prequel to The Snowmen, the Doctor Who Christmas special, and it’s worth a watch.
Have you gotten used to these micro-teasers from the Beeb? A few seconds of clips? You might be surprised by Vastra investigates – it’s over 2 minutes long, approaching 3 minutes. That compares very well to even the “Pond Life” mini-series which had clips of about a minute.
The reaction from the police officer is classic. Alien space warrior? Okay, I can cope with that. Intelligent lizard lady? Sure, if you say so. Two women in love? Oh my! Oh my!
