
Dias Ex Machina will be offering their universal 4th under the Open Gaming License. This means that the raw files can be downloaded for free and any publisher in the GSL can use the rules too.
However, the final product from Dias Ex Machina – you know, with art, layout and extra – will be a pay for a product like anything else. Ultramodern 4 has no setting of its own and instead looks to bring D&D 4th ed to modern settings. They’re suggesting the wild west (with or without aliens), cyberpunk, space opera, modern warfare, urban fantasy or techno-fantasy.
