This year’s Gen Con Indy has smashed previous attendance records. Compared to last year visitor numbers where up by 20%. Some 120,000 people went through the turnstile and nearly 37,000 were their for the “best four days in gaming”.
Gameplay was up too. Organisers report that ticketed game sales were up 26% to over 250,000 events sold. Gen Con Indy raised more tahn $18,000 for charities.
