Behemoths: Paths of the Koru from Pelgrane Press is a 13th Age sourcebook for epic-tier campaigns.
Pencilled by Rich Longmore and painted by Lee Moyer, the cover for the kaiju-sized monsters has been revealed.
A host of writing talents are involved, too, with Liz Argall, Elizabeth Chaipraditkul, Benjamin Feehan, Julian Kay, Martin Killmann, Rebecca Lauffenburger, Gareth Ryder-Hanrahan, and there are also the developers John-Matthew DeFoggi and Rob Heinsoo.
The finished book will have 11 behemoths, rot elves and 46 other new monsters. There’s a monk form from the behemoth-black Library of Bu, magic items and campaign notes for dealing with what happens to towns left behind in the wake of these horrors.
The earth shakes as the Koru Behemoths make their great circuit around the Dragon Empire. Even the icons must adapt or be trampled!
Secret plans to use these Koro to remake the world? Oh yes.
