Platinum bestseller Brindlewood Bay has today announced a new edition. The original was digital-only, but the new edition will be the physical one.
In the RPG, players take on the roles of elderly women in a murder mystery book club. They often investigate actual murders and come to believe that supernatural forces are at play.
Published by The Gauntlet, Brindlewood Bay is inspired by shows like Murder, She Wrote and H.P. Lovecraft. The murder-investigating women are correct, the supernatural is real, and a cult that worships an aspect of the dark goddess Persephone is out to thwart them.
The Gauntlet also revealed the new and colour cover for the RPG.
The current download offers the RPGs rules, which use the Apocalypse World Engine, character sheet, reference sheet, moves sheet and dark conspiracy sheet. It comes with five different mysteries.
