9th Level Games have announced a Kickstarter for a card game called Women Are werewolves from Corinne Taylor and Yeonsoo Julian Kim.
Players are non-binary characters who belong to a family of werewolves. In the story game, characters explore their relationship with family traditions, gendered spaces, and queer and non-queer relatives.
Women are Werewolves tells its story as players draw cards and answer the questions asked as prompts over several phases. Each phase has a focus; Werewolf, Gender and Family and each player will have a turn to answer one question with follow-ups.
The story’s goal is to see if characters can make space for their authentic self, even if a family might not understand them.
