Splendor is now on Board Game Arena following Asmodee acquisition

Asmodee bought the growing Board Game Arena at the start of the year, a 10-year-old site where you can play board games online.

Following that acquisition, Asmodee has now enabled the popular game of merchants and jewels, Splendor. They worked with Space Cowboys, the game’s publisher, on the project.

Splendor has a score of 7.4, at the time of writing, on BoardGameGeek. The community of gamers there suggest games last about 30 minutes, I’ve found they can take a little longer.

It’s expected that Splendor is leading the charge, and Asmodee will enable many more games to make the leap to the digital arena.
