Big Dig from Tasty Minstrel Games is a straightforward game, a lot of fun and teaches forward-thinking and spatial awareness.
In it, players write on a dry erase board, which might be a novel experience for many, to mark off squares as they dig underground on a mission.
That mission might be to excavate a strange stone tablet, find a crystal or even deliver oil.
The game requires 2 to 4 players, is suitable for ages 8 and over and takes about 5 minutes to 15 minutes for each mission. It’s one of those games that works for kids as well as adults.
