Cozmo is a cheeky little robot

June 27, 2016 by Andrew Girdwood Leave a Comment

Okay, I’ll put my hands up and admit it. I don’t need a Cozmo. I’m pretty tempted by one, though. Here’s a company that’s worked to put a basic AI into a tiny machine and built an ‘emotion engine’. Know what they did with that? They made Cozmo a smart-ass. The little fellow will cost […]

Write or die: A review of An Android Awakes

June 25, 2016 by Andrew Girdwood Leave a Comment

I thought An Android Awakes was going to be a comic book or graphic novel from Mike French. It certainly isn’t a comic book but I suppose you could call it a graphic novel. There are illustrations throughout the collection of short stories. You might be reminded of One Thousand and One Nights. In the […]

Deviant artist Jessica Madorran, aka Meo Mai, is an American character artist. Her collection of Disney characters juxtaposed with fierce looking weapons is fantastic. The good news she takes commissions at sensible rates. Sadly, if you’re hoping to feature her work in a RPG you’re going to publish then you’re out of luck as she […]
