Now that Think Geek has been gobbled up by its struggling corporate overlord; where do we go for officially licensed merch-spin offs? You know, the sort of loot we might buy or like to get as a gift but never otherwise track down.
It looks like Merchoid is making a play for the crown and its site seems to cope with visits from the US and UK.
This giant D20 is a case in point. It’s official Dungeons & Dragons merch. Did you know your life might be better if it had a glowing polyhedron on your desk?
The D20 lamp is about 18cm tall, powered by USB (comes with a cable) and has a whole range of colours/emotions available.
Merchoid claims that just by looking at the light you get +10 HP and +20 charisma. Funny, but… gee, that’s not 5e rules, is it? +20 charisma? Wouldn’t that be dangerous?
The orb of radiance will set you back £32.99 or $40.99 and, boy, Merchoid does not make it easy to check international prices!
