Warhammer 40K: Angels of Death trailer

Games Workshop has an animated Warhammer 40,000 series coming up. Given that Geek Native only yesterday shared the Warhammer Adventures previews, audiobooks for young adults, you can probably see the wargaming company’s focus on recruiting fresh players into the hobby.

Games Workshop describes the setting as ‘grim darkness’. The series will follow the ‘visceral’ exploits of a squad of Blood Angels, Space Marines, as they deal with the enemies of humankind.

Authors from the Black Library have been tapped for the project, and Games Workshop says this is to ensure it’s suitable ‘grimdark’.
