Last week Geek Native shared a free to download Lex Arcana Quickstarter. This is an alternative Rome with fantasy mixed in and a world where Divination stopped the Empire from falling.
It’s a game that first came out in 1993 and has built a huge following in Europe and has some of the world’s most respected game developers working on the second edition. There will be a Kickstarter for 2e come September.
Characters in Lex Arcana are supernatural specialists in the Preatorian Guard. They’ve had loads of advanced training and then their particular supernatural skillsets on top of that.
The Quickstarter introduced the very basics of the system, of character generation and an adventure. It also oozed great art. Geek Native featured two illustrations of characters in the Quickstart write up that have been popular and so Quality Games have kindly given us the full set of Lex Arcana characters to share.
