Pop art Harley Quinn tutorial in time for Halloween

Make-up and SFX vlogger Caitlyn Kreklewich worked with Wholesale Halloween Costumes this year on a pop art Harley Quinn look. We already know thanks to data from Costume Supercenter that Harley was a big hit last year and superheroes are fairly evergreen when it comes to costumes. A pop art twist on this Gotham siren is a good idea.

The tutorial is about 8 minutes long and there’s a step-by-step on Wholesale Halloween Costumes’ blog.

A quick look on the site reveals a range of Harley Quinn costumes with accessories starting in the $10 range (for an inflatable bat) going up to about $70 for a pair of black and white lace up squad boots.

I also note Wholesale has a cosplay section which might be hiding the base garments for cosplayers to adapt and make their own.
