Ninja Scroll Steelbook (limited edition) trailer

Ninja Scroll is coming to Blu-ray. Hoo-ray! It’s a digitally transfered edition and looks far more crisp than I’ve ever seen it before. The Steelbook is a combination Blu-ray/DVD set, with a 20 page booklet and exclusive commentary by Director Yoshiaki Kawajiri.

What works for this trailer is that they take the time to show you the steelbook itself. If you’re going to buy one of these strictly limited editions (due out 26^th Novemeber) then you’re going to care about the case. What doesn’t work on this trailer, at least for me, is that this is the first time I’ve heard the voice actor for Kibagami Jubei as I must have previously stuck to subtitles. Oh my. That’s not what I imagined at all!
