Welcome to the void, spacer. If your idea of science fiction involves duct tape holding together a leaky airlock, debt collectors banging on your rusted hatch, and the universe slowly collapsing into eternal nothingness, then Stockholm Kartell and Free League Publishing have your number.
The Bundle of Holding has just launched a brand-new collection dedicated to Death in Space, the rules-light tabletop roleplaying game of blue-collar survival, cosmic corruption, and desperate scrounging.

Death in Space Collection – US$19.95 (Retail Value: US$80)
- Death in Space Core Rules (Free League Publishing) – The complete 136-page corebook featuring character creation, ship building, and the doomed Tenebris star system.
- 4 Eichhorn Death in Space Scenarios (Christian Eichhorn) – Includes CLVSTER, Derelict, Xenophilia, and Tyrwal-17, packing 146 pages of haunted asteroid belts, rogue black holes, and mutated worlds.
- 3 Stockholm Kartell Death in Space Scenarios (Stockholm Kartell) – Includes Katali XI, Nunsuaq Station, and Search and Salvage, offering tight ship-crawls and mysterious dimensional bridges. (Note: These three mini-scenarios are exclusive direct downloads from your Wizard’s Cabinet and are not available on DriveThruRPG).
Created by Stockholm Kartell, the creative force behind Mörk Borg, and published by Free League, Death in Space blends artpunk aesthetic angst with the gritty, blue-collar squalor of Alien, The Expanse, and Mothership. The Tenebris star system has been bled dry by the decades-long Gem War, leaving hyperdrives unfed and civilisation sliding toward a slow, cold collapse. Characters are ordinary labourers, scavengers, cyborgs, and cultists trying to pay off debts and keep a rotting spaceship from splitting open in vacuum.
Mechanically, the game keeps things fast and brutal. Task resolution relies on a straightforward d20 roll against a target of 12, modified by attributes ranging from -3 to +3. Combat is lethally swift, and crucially, anyone initiating hostilities automatically claims the initiative. You will spend as much time patching hull leaks and scrounging for spare parts as you will firing weapons, because every piece of gear carries the constant risk of breaking down. To make matters worse, tapping into the mysterious void grants an edge and powerful cosmic mutations like Feedback Loop, but it also invites corruption that steadily alters your body and mind.
If you are ready to take the job, loot the wreck, and try not to stare too long into the void, you can secure all eight titles as DRM-free ebooks. The clock is ticking down, and this offer expires at midnight at the International Date Line (UTC -12) on Monday, November 16.
