Yes, I said inflatable Beholder costume. It’s official D&D merch, too, as the “undervalued brand” explores ways to make money.
The problem is you can’t buy the Beholder yet. The brightly coloured eye tyrant isn’t even on pre-order, but you can give yourself every chance of being in the queue before the costume sells out. Fun.com have a “Notify Me” button on the page and a September 14th estimated date for the quirky costume.
I’m wondering whether it’s too early to order for Halloween, but I am just back from a Sci-fi Con, and this would have been an easy and memorable costume.
There are no Renaissance Faires for me to troll. We don’t do Mardis Gras here in Edinburgh, but there are Stag/Hen nights and themed birthday parties. Are these good enough reasons to become a fearsome D&D foe?
