The Black Clover anime series may have come to an end, disappointing many fans, but the studio is making good on the offer to do a film.
Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King is coming to Netflix, though, and the streaming platform has revealed March 31st, 2023, as the premiere date. On the same day, it’ll open in cinemas in Japan.
We’re expecting the original voice actors and staff back; certainly, the trailer shows the series we’re familiar with.
The plot hasn’t yet been detailed, but the former Wizard King, Conrad Leto, will make an appearance with the Emperor’s Sword. That’s an original story, not related to the manga.
