Nathan Russell wrote Space Rat: the Jack Cosmos Adventure Game! and FU: The Freeform/Universal RPG. He publishes games through Peril Planet and will now write Hard City for Osprey Games.

The Hard City RPG is not the only city-based game with action, corruption and investigation that Osprey has slated for this year. The publisher, which is part of Bloomsbury, will also release the cyberpunk-themed Crescendo of Violence written by Alan Bahr.
