Patreon upgrade
In recent weeks there have been problems with several competitions; winners have not responded to my emails. Without responses from winners, I cannot send them prizes.
I’ve had to find back-up winners to back-up winners in some cases. Perhaps my email is going straight to more and more spam boxes these days, and I’ve started to urge people to whitelist @geeknative.com.
However, a new policy is that once reasonable effort has been made to contact winners and back-up winners, I’ll give Patreons first dibs on any “spare prizes”. It’s a “first come-first get” approach managed by Discord.
