Kentucky based Desmond Seananners runs the “Star Seller” rated Dmamas Bazaar on Etsy.
That means Dragon Eye pouches and resin runes, but what really got my attention are these colour changing potions.
Shake the bottle, and the liquid inside changes colour in response. You get to pick your colours too, picking a primary colour that the magic defaults to and a secondary one that it activates with.
I say magic; it’s glass, pigment and water.
Also, since we live in a weird world, Seananners has to tell people not to drink it.
The potions aren’t expensive, not if you only need one or two for a LARP, play or background dressing. They come in at about £16. However, shipping is likely to add considerably to that total for anyone outside the States.
I imagine if you really are filming for a movie or looking to stock an entire bookshelf with cool potions to be the backdrop for your Twitch or YouTube set then it’ll get expensive. It might well be worth sending the message to see if a bulk deal would be possible, or at least, the outline your plans for context.
It’s not just the magic of the colour change that has my attention; it’s the aesthetics of the bottle. These look to be a perfect fit for fantasy adventures. Say “Healing Potion” to me and this design is what I think of.

Hey, thank you so much for the article!!! Was super cool to come across this after looking up my shop. Sadly these guys are a bit fragile and shipping from the states does cost a silly amount but I’m looking for a way to expand and lowering costs! Cheers 🙂
Ah, that makes sense and better to be safe rather than sorry when shipping.
