Red Scar Publishing has today published an adventure that’s free to download, and you can get it in either D&D 5e rules or TriCore.
The Quartet of Silence is set within the world of Pannithor that form’s the backdrop for Mantic’s Kings of War range, but the adventure can readily be adapted to any fantasy setting.
You can get the TriCore or the 5e free from DriveThruRPG.
Actually, the TriCore is set as a Pay What You Want and Geek Native would normally encourage readers to pay something, but the recommended price of Alex Delaney’s adventure is $0.00 and Red Scar Publishing describe the adventure as a free download.
To use the download as an adventure for Kings of War, you’ll need the Kings of War RPG or its quickstart and about three hours to play through.
The adventure also includes 6 pre-generated characters and can be used as a follow-up to the Ashen Gold adventure in the game’s quickstart.
While the quickstart is also free to download from DriveThruRPG, the full Kings of War RPG isn’ on the shelves yet. You can still add yourself to the crowdfunder on GameOnTabletop and get a copy when it becomes available.
