The Horned God goes collector’s edition

Slaine: The Horned God will get a 208-paged, 210 x 276mm paperback collector’s edition to mark the 30th anniversary of Pat Mills’ and Simon Bisley’s groundbreaking comic book.

The Horned God is one of the most popular stories ever published in 2000 AD, the British anthology and home of Judge Dredd. The tale is one of extreme violence, mythology and some stunning art.

Originally published in three instalments, the title is credited with inspiring a suit of sequential comic book imitators.

Slaine is a wandering warrior. Created in 1983 by Mills and Angie Kincaid, the fighter and the treacherous dwarf Ukko, make their way through the lands of Tir na NOg and the corruption created by the Drunes.
