In reality, Grinder is hand made by a family-owned business in the USA.

The design of the mask emphasises the teeth, and you can see that appropriate attention has been paid to them by the mask makers. They look bad/good. Those teeth are not uniform, and they have got slices gouged into the enamel.

I’m tempted to wear one to the dentist.
