The Hereoman anime is a collaboration between Stan Lee and the anime studio Bones.
Created by Stan Lee (yes; that Stan Lee) Heroman follows Joey Jones after an accident turns his toy robot into a real and rather large actual robot. Jones teaches Heroman about right and wrong and, of course, learns a few lessons himself on the way.
Before we know it the pair of them might be the last chance to save Earth from mutant aliens.
Crunchyroll has a good deal here. One hour after the anime airs of TV Tokyo in Japan it will stream for premium subscribers at Crunchyroll. A week later the rest of us will get access.
