I watched Pitch Black alone in a large, historic and very dark cinema. It’s the best way to watch the movie! Wow.
I wasn’t at all surprised when Pitch Black went on to be a cult success. I wasn’t all that surprised when Chronicles of Riddick failed to wow.
Rag Variety is reporting that Vin Diesel has signed on to do the third Riddick movie. It’s likely to be called Riddick.
You know, even though Chroniciles of Riddick might not have been the match of the original it did make $116 million worldwide and help fuel the computer game series.
It’s thought that David Twohy, who both directed and wrote the first two, will command the Riddick movie as well.
