Doctor Who no longer; Christopher Eccleston is John Lennon

If you hit Google for [Christopher Eccleston] today you’ll get a wash of Doctor Who results. He is most well known for his role as the 9th Doctor. This is despite his highly praised role in geek hit Heroes.

Let’s not mention neither  Cobra Commander nor The Dark is Rising.

In a new biopic for BBC 4 the talented Eccleston will be bringing Lennon back to life in “Lennon Naked.” This still was grabbed from the iPlayer and wow – doesn’t he look the part?

Yoko Ono will be played by Naoko Mori and Andrew Scott plays Paul McCartney.

The film looks at the impact the death of manger Brian Epstein had on Lennon as well as the famous rockstar’s troubled childhood.
