La storia della Arcana Famiglia is a PSP game with a magical mafia – although “mafia” seems a little harsh. The Arcana Famiglia are a self-appointed group, with magical powers, that protects a small island in the Mediterranean from evils like foreign countries and pirates. The Don figure is a leader of the family known as “Papa”.
La Storia Della Arcana Famiglia follows Felicita, Papa’s ownly daughter, who will be married to the next head of the family. There’s a competition to decide who will that be and Felitica takes part in it herself.
Created by HuneX and Comfort Soft, the adventure game is being turned into an anime, which is expected to air in Japan in June. The Arcana Famiglia website has a somewhat frustrating mix of English section headers with Japanese content.
