The final trailer for Runner has just dropped via Angel Studios, and it looks like a perfect blend of chaos, high-stakes action and humour – with an added parakeet!
The action-packed new trailer looks full of explosive action, but also leans into the buddy movie dynamic, with comedy and some crazy scenarios, all with a very important life-or-death scenario its heart. However, it’s also set in Australia with an attention-grabbing parakeet which also looks like a lot of fun, and I swear nothing had better happen to that birb…
According to the official synopsis:
A former soldier is thrown into a brutal race against time when a critical medical delivery makes him the target of a ruthless cartel. With betrayal closing in from every side, he must survive the chase and deliver his cargo before an innocent child runs out of time.
The friendship dynamic between Alan Ritchson and Owen Wilson‘s characters really shines in this final trailer, giving us a much better feel for a movie as a whole. But can they beat the clock and deliver their precious cargo before it’s too late?
