What could really go wrong in 72 hours? Well, potentially a lot if you’re a 40-year-old executive crashing a bachelor party made up of 20-somethings.
That’s the setup for Netflix‘s 72 Hours, starring Kevin Hart, Marcello Hernández, Mason Gooding, Teyana Taylor, Andy Garcia, Kam Patterson, Ben Marshall, Kevin Dunn and Zach Cherry.
Hart’s character is looking to give his career boost, and for some reason thinks hanging out with a bunch of young men half his age at a bachelor’s party will help him do just that.
“I’m in a random group chat with some guys planning their bachelor party,” says Hart’s character in the trailer. “This is my opportunity to connect with the youth.”
Later, Hernández sets the tone with: “It’s really weird that you came. I had no idea you were, like, 50.”
It only gets more chaotic from there. Watch the full trailer below:
72 Hours looks like a fun movie and features a few familiar faces from Saturday Night Live, such as Marshall, who has described the film as “a big, broad, crazy comedy” in a recent discussion with The Hollywood Reporter.
“It was my first time being an actor-for-hire. But I’m also interested in doing something a bit more grounded. A rom-com would be cool.”
72 Hours will be released on Netflix on the 24th July.
