The Anarchy edition of Rage is available to anyone who pre-orders it. It’s a special edition in that not everyone will have it and that it has extra content. It’s not a special edition in the sense that you need to pay any more for it.
If you pre-order Rage then you’ll get one extra armour, two more weapons and a buggy. In fact, here’s the list:
