Continuing Godzilla’s 70th Anniversary, Mondo has announced the release of a new black and white vinyl designer figure. The figure, designed by artist Attack Peter (Peter Santa-Maria), stands 10 inches tall.
The Godzilla figure includes three interchangeable portraits, drawing inspiration from Peter Santa-Maria’s signature linoleum block print style. Additionally, a Heat Ray attachment is included.
This release, a Linocut Variant, is limited to an edition of 500 units. It aims to translate the artist’s block print aesthetic into a three-dimensional collectable.
The figure is currently slated to ship in December. Mondo has indicated that the product may be subject to US tariffs. However, it will be available for shipping to multiple countries. For US-based customers, an interest-free instalment plan is available through Shop.com.
Mondo has implemented a purchase limit of two figures per customer for this item. Mondo’s e-commerce platform already has the “Almost Gone” label attached to the model and next to the “Limited Edition” one.
