Three Wild Ember’s STONG RPG Core System is a free to download 127-page game with a 4/5 star rating at DriveThruRPG.
STRONG is another of the RPGs in the classless school, promising a system that’s less constraining without being rules-lite. Instead, Three Wild Embers offers a system that touts to be simple and comprehensive.
While STRONG is classless, there are archetypes, and perhaps predicting gamers will ask “What’s the difference?” Three Wild Embers say you can build a fighter who teleports across the battlefield.
The publisher says;
Our free STRONG RPG is a classless, open source roleplaying game that is just as deep and fulfilling as many major commercial RPG systems you might have already played. However, we’ve done a few things differently. The STRONG RPG is Symmetric (balanced character options, even when considering spellcasters), Terse (uses the same dice mechanic for every roll), Reliable (behaves the same at all levels of play), Open (free and homebrew-friendly), has No Classes (mix and match all options), and is Generic (suitable for a wide variety of fantasy settings).
As the system is open source, you can pick up the rules and create your worlds or material with it.
The publisher has plenty of experience, and the cover design for STONG fits in with the style of the other downloads.
DriveThruRPG currently rates Phrenium, the Divine Realms (Planes of Djorde) as their best seller, but it has yet to pick up a star rating or a bestseller badge.
