In a kind Christmas offer, Lost in Dungeon has put this bundle live. It costs nothing, expires tomorrow, and has one thing in it. That thing is Journeys into the Unknown.
Why the odd setup? It’s just a Christmas offer. On Reddit, the publisher said;
My rpg is free for Christmas until the 26th.
I know not everyone has a place to be today or friends/family to be with. I know some may not even get a gift today.
Whether or not that is you, I hope you can receive this small RPG for free.
Journeys into the Unknown is a quick, thematic, and deadly RPG with four stats and a point buy system.
There are no derived stats, a morality tracker as an alternative to more common alignment systems, characters with only small amounts of health, and no saves at zero.
The game, inspired by Ben Milton, Brandish Gilhelm, Chris McDowall, and Gavin Norman, has ten lineages but no classes and uses diegetic advancement (rewards for actions, not just kills) and an item slot approach.
Furthermore, you don’t even roll to hit, just for damage.
Okay, the game isn’t usually expensive, but the Christmas nod to take even that token amount away from the designer is kind.
