Monsters are real, but sadly, I mean people as we’re capable of being a genuinely monstrous race. The stuff of myth and legend are just that; myth and legend.
Oh sure, there’s maybe stuff out there that science can’t yet explain. There’s even a chance that creatures exist we’ve not yet identified… but elves, werewolves and banshees? I’m happy to talk about them for fun, for conversation as we explore the wilds or even as a bit of research for a modern RPG. I’m a bit less happy with any anti-science beliefs that might be attached to some stories.
Fortunately, Next Vacay has got in touch with the better of those two scenarios; the for fun and handy for game research, not the anti-science.
The travel company has curated when and where some fantasy creatures have been sighted into neat virtual cards. I’ll share those below and on the Vacacy site, you can see a little write-up for each.
Where are the monsters? infographic
As you’ve come to expect for this sort-out outreach/pr/SEO content play, search terms are at the heart of this research. Next Vacacy and the agency look at what people were searching for, as best they could tell, to pull these figures. That’s a bit of mythology in its own right!
