The teasers for the anime film Goodbye, Don Glees! have looked gorgeous. The emotion has been hinted at. Now the trailer comes good. The background is stunning, the emotions raw, and the feature-length due out on February 18th.
Don Glees isn’t a person but a duo. Two teens meet, forge a friendship and explore the countryside.

Things take a twist when the pair meet a third, Drop, who gets them involved in a forest fire and then a quest to prove the devastation wasn’t their fault.
Kadokawa is distributing the film, so there’s a strong chance it’ll end up on a streaming platform. Ishizuka (A Place Further Than the Universe, No Game, No Life Zero) works hard as the director and scribe while Takahiro Yoshimatsu (A Place Further Than the Universe, Hunter × Hunter, Trigun) does character designs. The last time we had an Ishizuka and Yoshimatsu combo was for A Place Further Than the Universe, which made it to Crunchyroll.
