Tomb of the Colossus Gods is a Kickstarter slated for February 2022 and a dark campaign setting for 5e.
The project includes animated and static maps, minis, cards and a special hardcover edition. It’ll be over 400 pages long and contain new classes, backgrounds, weapons and spells.
Characters are set in motion by the Mage Damastrius and a quest to discover the secrets below the Ageless City. Here, millennia ago, time was brought to a standstill.
The campaign will include encounters with Masters, those remnants of an ancient civilisation and their cursed gift of immortality.
In this lair of Gods, characters may encounter the horrific Demis, monsters warped by arcane magic and sacrificial offerings that guard the tombs.
Getting to the Ageless city is no easy chore, and characters will first have to venture across the ash-coloured desert of the Lands of Decay and get through the cults based there.
The Kickstarter will be run by Lion Banner, who will include VTT support and have been publishing cartography on DriveThruRPG and Roll20.
